 Nine Pickleball Warranty Policy

At Nine Pickleball, we stand behind the quality of our paddles. Every paddle is carefully engineered with premium materials and advanced technology so you can focus on elevating your game.

Warranty Coverage

  • Coverage: 90 days from the date of purchase
  • Scope: Covers manufacturing defects only (examples include core separation, handle detaching, edge guard coming off not due to normal wear, and other defects caused by production)
  • Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, prolonged exposure to heat/moisture, normal wear and tear (scratches, chips, fading), or use outside of intended play
  • Note: Freebies and promotional items are not covered under warranty

Warranty is valid only if registered within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

  • If a paddle needs to be physically inspected, the customer shoulders the shipping cost to Nine Pickleball.
  • If the claim is approved, Nine Pickleball will send the replacement paddle at our cost (outbound shipping covered by Nine).

How to Claim

For claims, email admin@ninepickleballshop.com with:

  • Proof of payment
  • Paddle serial number
  • Photos and/or video showing the defect
  • If required for inspection, customer sends the paddle to Nine Pickleball (customer pays inbound)
  • If approved, Nine Pickleball ships the replacement paddle free of charge
